Everything is poured to order in our Newport Beach studio, in your colors and under your mark. Because we make each piece for its account, a single wedding is a workable order, and the same studio supplies the high-end national hotels and spas that reorder from us on standing schedules.

How an order runs
Made to your count, delivered to your door.
You are not buying wholesale and holding stock. Each order is produced to its own artwork on a confirmed count and delivered to the venue, the property or your office.
Step one
Brief
Palette, vessel, count range, and whether the scent is bespoke or chosen from our library.
Step two
Scent
Six to eight weeks for a bespoke fragrance; three to four weeks to choose from the library.
Step three
Samples
Scent strips, then poured samples in your vessel. Label and box artwork approved before we pour.
Step four
Count
Final count confirmed and production scheduled. We recommend five to ten percent overage.
Step five
Delivery
Boxed and labeled, two to three weeks before your date.
For weddings, we begin six to eight months before the date. Hotel, restaurant and corporate programs are scheduled back from your launch or delivery date.

Photography
Credit on every image
We license event photography of our product back to the planner and photographer who created it, with credit on every image we publish.
